Dame Evelyn Glennie is a bone fide national treasure in the UK, being notable for a) being an excellent percussionist and b) deaf. She's collaborated on this unusual percussion library, based around 4 instruments - Barrel, Timpani, Thundersheet and Watertank isolated and in combination. From these humble origins they've made various tuned and untuned instruments, with the emphasis on chilling atmospherics. Have to say it does sound pretty damn good to me, and just the thing for scores that need subtlety in that department.
