I didn't get on with Groove Agent 4 LE, but this looks like some considerable improvements. I'm presuming GA5 LE will be bundled with full Cubase 10, and I might actually install it this time... I like the idea of something integrated well into Cubase, here's hoping this makes the most of it. I seem to recall you couldn't even drag midi grooves to the timeline before, so this looks like a step in the right direction.
