AudioSwift for Mac - 30% Discount

Post by Alex A »

Nice little app to use the Apple trackpad as a control surface and MIDI controller. 30% off until the 2nd of March ($24 originally).

Thanks for posting Alex - this looks really dinky (i.e nice) !

Do you have it? The video says it takes control of your mouse pointer - does that mean your mouse is disabled? I presume not? I'm guessing it's like having a trackpad and a mouse active at the same time, but with the trackpad routed to different DAW functions, while the mouse remains routed to all its usual functions (including the DAW)? (Don't have a trackpad (yet), so can't try it)

:D Sorry about that, I can't believe I forgot to include the link! I've edited the original post, cheers.

Paul I am probably going to give it a spin at some point during the weekend but what I think happens is that you can set up different keys/commands/gestures to go in and out of mouse pointer mode (for example tapping the pad with all 5 fingers).
