Spitfire Audio rent-to-own and free trials

Following Spitfire's acquisition by Splice, three products are now available on a rent-to-own basis. Additionally, you can start with a 3 day trial, and cancel at any time. The first products are:

ABBEY ROAD TWO - ICONIC STRINGS PROFESSIONAL
BBC RADIOPHONIC WORKSHOP
BBC SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA PROFESSIONAL

Note these are all libraries using their own player. I presume that will be the case going forward as Kontakt doesn't have a subscription option for libraries (yet).

Also the prices over the full terms here are very expensive, regular sales will be much cheaper. But the ability to trial may well be of use to some here.

I'll admit, I've been eyeing the RadioPhonic library since it was announced, and the first project that comes along where I can use it I will purchase it.

Rent to own is not attractive to me, but I am but one voice. The trials very definitely are of interest, and I think a great idea.
