A Windows version of Screenflow?

Post by Thomas Mavian »

On my Mac I used Screenflow. Brilliant software. Record two screens plus a webcam and system audio + a microphone. Easy.

Now I'm on Windows and it seems that OBS is the "closest" alternative if you don't want to spend a lot of money.

What are you all using? I'm in a need of showing some stuff but no way to show it :D

OBS together with Voicemeter for routing the audio correctly is what I still find the best free option for Windows

I have not used Screenflow, but OBS is really nice considering it's free. Here a quick tip on how to set it up for two screens

Thanks! A bit different than Screenflow but would work I guess.

In Screenflow you select the screens/webcams you want to record and each screen is later available as it's own feed so in post you can resize and switch between the screens as you like. Brilliant piece of software.

In OBS it seems that you can switch between scenes while recording son it's more of a livecam setup and editing while recording. Will take some practise but I think it can work for me.
