There have been reports on multiple boards that iLok servers were down yesterday, and anyone using any iLok / Cloud services was unable to use them. This happens from time to time, in this case it seemed to be down for only a few hours. However what isn't normal is that it appears that East West Opus users with permanent licenses were unable to load instruments or projects.
Rummaging around, it seems only East West was affected in this way, and it may not have been all versions and OSs. More here:

Needless to say, permanent licenses should always work regardless of any iLok server outage, so East West have some questions to answer.
