A real time granular effects plugin. Trying to decide if it would be useful to have one of these - "probably" I think is the answer, especially for guitars and vocals (shame most of the demos are with synths). That is really tempting ! For me it is $49, not sure why, not going to ask.

They also have a nice cross-grade for their fx bundle, but I am not sure how many of those I'd use.

The cross-grade from V6 to V8, on the other hand, is $350 for seven new synths, two or three of which interest me.

I'm sure they have their reasons.

In the meantime I have downloaded the demo for EFX Granular.

How did you find it, Bill? I demoed and decided to take the plunge. Granular seems more interesting on real sounds than synthetic. Fun to play around with. Thought this was a lovely and elegant demo.
