New from Spectrasonics

Post by Guy Rowland »

I'm averse to teasing trailers, but c'mon. It's Spectrasonics.

(heart breaks at "it's not rhythm" though).

I do love spectrasonics. Wonder if they’ll convince me to break my “no more buying VI” policy.

I'm actually going to play this game. I'm going for a new range of themed products - the video says horror to me more than choir. And... hosted in Omnisphere, but they now will have a free player version for those without it.

The teaser is a bit lame sounding to me.

But still excited.

Horror and Spectrasonics? Absolutely no, if you ask me! :-) I rather think they have some new kind of sample synthesis - maybe something like granular 2.0. The example could also hint at something that can do natural voice transformations - something like an advanced vocoder. But maybe only the words on this teaser hint at the new product(s) - I hear something like "incest", but I am certainly wrong. :P
