Piano in Blue

Post by TJP »

Hello there!

Just wondered if anyone's tried out the current update of Piano in Blue. I'm suprised that they're charging this time round, given Cinesamples decent history of free updates. Is there something special about this one?

I have no idea. They say they cleaned up the samples again and the programming now makes use of Kontakt functions which weren't available at the time of the library's original release. I've heard two little demos on VI-C of people who bought the update, but neither struck me as "Wow, what an improvement!". If anything, I thought the piano in both cases sounded a bit .. I don't know ... well, not spectacularly great. (But that might be because of other reasons than anything in the library itself.)
Me, I don't use the library myself nowhere near enough to even consider updating.

Yes, I can't really discern any prominent difference either. A bit weird.
