New and colourful addition to the group of quirky, odd or downright weird sample libraries: Lucie Treacher's Folklorica, a trio of Kontakt libraries (one of them free) which combine samples of rare acoustic instruments, field recordings and electronica. "Fiddlestycks" is based around a nyckelharpa, "Extinct" contains 6 very unusual instrumental combinations and "Bothy Beats" (the free one) is a small percussion toolkit (in the widest possible of the word).
