The exe has just tripped Windows Defender here, claiming a Trojan:win32/Spursint.F!cl . I'm going to email them.

This is a false positive - you may need to create an exception for it or temporarily turn off Defender. I can guarantee you our installers are entirely virus free!

Absolutely no problem here with the Mac version. Download and install were 'as expected'.
