As far as I can tell, you can't combine the 10% with the 50%.

Add all expansions -> enter code = 50% off
Add one expansion -> enter code = 50% of that one. All other expansions are then 10% off.

I went ahead and bought the 5 x expansion pack.
I've still only downloaded 1 expansion. Good thing is, you can pick future expansions - no need to download all right away.
