This looks fun and that rarest of things - different. Envy is an alternate take on audio morphing, where the characteristics of one file are applied to another in terms of amplitude, pitch and spectral shaping. Best to hear it in action imo rather than their trailer or even explanation videos, so here's three examples using for music, dialogue and foley:

The bad news is that Envy is Pro Tools audio suite and Mac only (though they say Windows is coming, at least). Price is $259, RRP $359, authorization iLok 2.

The results on synth & drums were pretty wacky, in a good way.
