Spitfire Audio: Alternative Solo Strings

Post by Guy Rowland »

Spitfire Audio has released Alternative Solo Strings, alternative take on a sampled solo strings library for Native Instruments' Kontakt, with performances by four progressive string soloists; Violin (Warren Zielinski), Viola (Joel Hunter), Cello (Chris Worsey), and Double Bass (Mary Scully). The resulting collaboration adds Double Bass and Viola to Spitfire's PP015 Artisan Cello and PP016 Artisan Violin libraries.

Recorded at the Spitfire Audio's in-house recording studio, Alternative Solo Strings is designed to provide accompaniment to Spitfire Audio's London Contemporary Orchestra Strings, which was recorded in the same location.

Price: $299.00 USD (inc. VAT)

I’ve already jumped off this merry go round of regurgitation.
I’m sure I could find a local violinist to provide some alternatives 😀

300 just seems steep for that.
