That seems like it goes against the definition of an expansion pack? How can it be valued at $40 if you can't actually buy it later? I'm kind of on the fence on this one, I'm sure it would be useful, but...
I saw this as well - I am going to call him and ask about this, because I agree that it isn't really an expansion pack if it can't be added later. I'll let you know what he says.

I really didn't like the original Shimmer and Shake at all, it's one of the few products I've paid good money for that I don't think I've used once. The reason is that when I had it under my fingers, I just didn't like the sounds. Time and again, I'd start with S&S and then just revert to those limited Stylus loops, because the loops had so much more character, I much preferred the tone, and although limited there was a good variety.
So this time, I'd like to hear the range of Tambourines in particular before I buy, and what (if any) tweaks you can make to the sound itself.
I remember you saying this before Guy. I am planning on getting a copy and maybe I can do a "Guy-Style" Walkthrough (although not nearly as well polished and professional as yours!) Once I get it - I'll be happy to give you more info and try to demo some things for you.
