If you were ticked that Apple removed the ability to use The App Store in the desktop version of ITunes, we get it back in this new/reinstated version of iTunes.

I am on the road so i cannot test it out. So hopefully you will have the ability to manage apps, such as upload files into your apps and upload video and samples from the desktop again.
