IMO, the biggest issue with VSL Duality (regular and sordino) is now fixed - the free update released today (to very little fanfare) includes a "largo legato" that completely fixes the issues with legato that Duality has had since launch.
The old legato had these awful level dips between notes that really disrupted the sense of line. Turning up legato blur was a partial workaround, but made the transitions between notes very synthetic.
This is the legato the library should have had from the start. It is a night and day difference.
I've never been so happy with a free update to a library before.
