This software version of Novation’s 1993 Bass Station release is described as “sonically faithful to the original but with extensive enhancements, now offering polyphony, unison modes, a powerful modern sequencer, and expansive modulation capabilities with the advanced X-LFO and X-ADSR modulators.” Novation released an earlier software version of this instrument, but I believe it’s discontinued.

Hmm. I have the ever helpful Trilian, RePro, Zebra and a number of MiniMoog emulations.. Do I need this? I know it was well thought of back in the day

I think it's a worthwhile purchase. The original hardware unit was on my short list back in the '90s. GForce's additions make it even more desirable, especially at the intro price.

That said, I don't think you need it, Larry, considering the soft synths you already have.

Would it be a nice addition though? Yes, I think so.
