I'd LOVE to see companies like Orchestral Tools release Omnisphere soundsets, maybe as official Sonic Expansions. Sine Player works pretty efficiently, but there's nothing much you can do with it.

I didn't! Thank you. Honestly it sounds to me like a regular crossfade to me though, Useful for sure though.

Looks pretty cool, As long as the samples mesh together well. I wish Kontakt had better looking controls.

I'm still waiting for Sine to grow up. I rarely buy Sine instruments because it feels very basic and limited to me. Even the mixer feels like a rough version that will be streamlined one day. After as couple of years I expected them to take it to the next level, new ways of selecting articulations or a "smart" articulation chooser. Hell, even polylegato in their instruments would impress me. But it still feels underwhelming after a few years of updates.
With their new announcement and solo strings I had hoped to hear about a greatly improved Sine player, but this doesn't seem to be a priority for them. I suppose it's the one thing they don't sell (although it affects sales) so they feel basic is better and less prone to problems. I just really like Capsule (I still use it all the time) because it's so flexible and has a lot of thought and options thrown in. Sine is almost the exact opposite.
Capsule always worked well for me (although I know some have had issues with it, they left it in good shape). It seemed like a great system that was abandoned for the freedom of building anything they could imagine, so they build a rompler with keyswitching, cc controls, and a store to buy individual instruments. Oh yes, and the mic mixer, which in a world where TBs are getting cheaper. never used here. I actually like mixing the original mics specifically for the project, but then again, I love mixing.
