I'll confess I didn't see this one coming. Sketch is Pro Tools answer to Ableton Live, and next month will come in all versions of Pro Tools including the free Intro and a new free iPad app. Looks like they're aggressively and belatedly targeting the bedroom market having long ago abandoned it. Interesting. I always appreciate new options.

As long as they don't try to completely remake Pro Tools into Ableton Live, I'm glad they're expanding the concept.
