"Produced in collaboration with Richard Harvey and friends, Andea is a collection of 61 evocative instruments from South and Central America, featuring wind instruments, plucked strings, and percussion. All the instruments are from Richard’s vast personal collection. This collection is designed to evoke distinctive landscapes and sounds for use in any kind of contemporary scoring.
Andea isn’t the first time OT has worked with Richard, and we’re sure you’re more than familiar with Richard and his work. But we do want to say that exploring these musical cultures alongside Richard and his team (notably Mauricio Venegas-Astorga and Alex Lamy) has been an absolute pleasure, and this finished collection is brimming with expertise and an infectious passion.
