Cubase 9.0.30 released - new video engine without Quicktime

I have lots of questions about this, but won't really look at it properly til I'm back from holiday. The basics are that Steinberg's new Quicktime-less video engine is here in the 9.0.30 update, produced since Apple no longer support QuickTime on Windows. Full version history is here - http://download.steinberg.net/downloads ... istory.pdf .
Will be worth keeping an eye on this thread - https://www.steinberg.net/forums/viewto ... 0&t=122189 . Early reports suggest high CPU usage and Windows 7 users can no longer import audio from a video, something that is reportedly being addressed. I'd advise waiting for now unless there is another critical bug fixed for you in 9.0.30.
