You also have the benefit of using EVO 2 so you know how to coax the aleatoric melodic washes out of them. Good luck in your pursuit!

I noticed the Lexicon PCM Bundles are on sale again with JRRSHOP. Not a big deal but a cautionary note, as I picked them up last year... You get the Not for Resale version. Plugins are the same but you won't be able to resell them in the future. Still an incredible deal for this plugin set.

So I'm starting to think that maybe Console 1 from Softube isn't such a bad idea after all. Has anyone seen a holiday discount for it?
Thanks!

There's so many deals now, that it's probably easier to mention companies that don't have deals instead of the ones that do.
I suggest signing up to newsletters from Audiodeluxe, Pluginboutique, JRR shop, TimeSpace, Best service etc. if you want to see them all.

This is tangential to the Black Friday thing, but anyone know what the story is here? I don't get it...

Short answer: Audio Modeling signed an exclusivity deal with Sample Modeling with regards to distributing the SWAM instruments. They then violated this deal by partnering with Roli to release the SWAM instruments with the Roli Noise app that comes bundled with the seaboard.
From the Sample Modeling forum:
"It must be clarified that Samplemodeling was unaware of, and therefore has nothing to do with this initiative. Apparently, the SWAM team, although bound to Samplemodeling by an exclusivity agreement, made their instruments (even though in a simplified version) available to Roli. Aside from our eventual initiatives on legal grounds, and independently from the future of SWAM instruments, we can assure our customers that our original, worldwide renowned, Kontakt-based instruments will be further developed and distributed exclusively by Samplemodeling. :-)

Huh - thanks Zee. So it sounds like it's back to Kontakt for SM from here on?
Ilya Efimov just added to the other deals btw.

Technically SM never left Kontakt. They didn't develop the SWAM instruments beyond providing consultation and distributing them via the SM website. There are also hints that they may be working on some Kontakt based string instruments.

I am sad that I have received notice of practically every one of these deals via email. I have bought too much stuff.
Really appreciate all the work though, Guy! It's great to see so much in one place.

tambola tickets just went up! hurry!
https://www.spitfireaudio.com/
also, the AMA they did made me laugh(and cry) at the divorceware comment... I'm sure that's been said before, but I'd never heard someone refer to software like that
I'd imagine VSL addicts have a support group for it

I managed to get a tombola ticket. I’ve got a lucky feeling about my number...
As for divorceware, I think if it were hardware i.e. something my wife could actually easily see, then I’d be in trouble. I find it so much easier to spend money on software! It’s terrifying.

Thanks again, this and other deals added - I'm horribly pressed for time over the coming days, so especially grateful.
An update on the free Waves plugin - it's all new and it's... a VU meter. Oh.

@Tobias : I understand there is multiple tickets launch. I think they'ld like their clients to stay tune on the social medias the whole we. Considering SA is now also a fanboyish followers' company, it makes sens. You know, young hobbyist on their phablets the whole 24h...As I'm on VI C from time to time, I find they've upped their game shitstorm-shielding wise :-)
About time zones and the like, SA has been rather prone to further their offers when PM'd or chat-over-desk,though I think I never took advantage of that.
