				My last bit of love for hardware went away when my MicroMoog, which was the band’s bass, started going between a fourth and a fifth out of tune at random moments in our live set, in front of 15,000 people at the D.C. Funk Festival in the ‘80s. When software synths came about, I grabbed them like life rafts and I have never regretted selling a single piece of my many many pieces of hardware, except for my 16 channel stereo Speck EQ unit, which I LOVED but wouldn’t repurchase now now.

Yeah prices of M1000 started going up consistently ever since Gligli made firmware modification that fixes some bugs and adds a couple of nifty features (like voice detune)...

				Yep, thanks saw that too. 
I wonder about the hardware aspect of this beast and the expected wear out life time of components used on the board which I assume makes it a risk purchasing such old gear without a qualified full service.

				I just had the funny thought of a new Wavestate + Jupiter X and six M1000. Whoaaaa
