I don't think Matt would mind if I share the newsletter discount code for our members here.

Omnisphere Colossus is available for £79.99 +VAT, but as a Newsletter subscriber you can get a discount of 20% off using the code DINNEROUT. The code expires on Friday 6th November.

It has to be done, doesn't it? The price is on the high side (compared to the £120 I paid for the whole upgrade to Omni 2), but it's proportionately right compared to previous releases I think, given that this is so much bigger. And I don't mind paying for Matt's stuff cos it's so good, regardless.

Finally had a chance to get this and have a play. Made if half way through the ARPs before rushing here like a kid to gush. Lost track of the patches where I went "oh that's ****ing great". Love that many are designed to be relatively simple but JUST right, these will be so useful in scores without having to strip away a ton of stuff. Doubly love that many will be useful for other things too - my vote is for an all-Electronica bank next, Matt's particularly amazing at that stuff. Right, back to the other 500+ patches.

I agree, it's really good, and I've only just scratched the surface. As always, the arp/seq/rhythm stuff is outstanding for the style, but I find myself more impressed with the pads and atmospheres. There's a lot of great, vibey, expressive stuff that works well outside of hybrid film/trailer music, and it's very smartly done - simple enough to be flexible, but with enough character to be inspiring.

Matt, Did not mean to steal your thunder. I was not sure when the Sound Board was going to go public. James

No problem here. Bit naughty to reveal the newsletter discount code, but am fine with it as it's on this forum.

Anywhere else and I've have been sweeping armfulls of cans into my trolley on the whoopass aisle at Tesco. :)

I'm rather late to the party here, but wanted to say that I picked this up tonight and find it of excellent quality. So much of this is ready to just drop in directly that I almost feel guilty. Especially some of the multis. But then I remember that I'm a hack and I am certainly not remotely above using presets.

I've spend the past two hours poking around and I don't think I've scratched the surface. I can only imagine the amount of time that goes into creating these.
