It's out. Full price is €249, but depending on what u-He software you already own, it might be a lot cheaper or even a free upgrade.

I got it for free!.
Hammering on some presets and tweaking a few knobs reveals it's an outstanding instrument. I'm looking forward to get my head around it but it feels like it could become THE software synth and make some others obsolete. Well done U-He.

I wonder if it is necessary to keep the previous version to recreate former songs.

Yes. Zebra 3 is not an update to Zebra 2, it is a completely new instrument. It will not load Zebra 2 presets either.
Time is life, use it wisely.
