I have no idea, Rob. But according to the website, you should be entitled to the gift if you buy *anything*. No minimum amount mentioned. It literally says: "One free with any purchase." And you can do it five times.

I've bought stuff from them before, and there's always a freebie of some kind, no minimum spend AFAIK.
